OUR NEW CHAPTER IS TAKING SHAPE…
River Valley Christian School is more than a new name—it’s a vision in motion. Built from the legacies of Westminster Christian School and Harvest Christian Academy, we are launching a new school together—one that carries the best of where we’ve been into a shared future.
Our new name reflects symbols of growth (river) and formation (valley)—both places of flourishing for our students, who are grounded in Christ, growing in grace, and preparing to impact the world.

Application for
New Students
1. Online Application
Families must submit an online application for each new student, along with a $100 non-refundable application fee per student.
2. Application Review
Each application is carefully reviewed to determine alignment with River Valley Christian School’s mission, including spiritual and academic qualifications. Families with questions regarding alignment are encouraged to review our Doctrine and Statement of Faith.
After submitting an application, families who would like to apply for financial aid may do so in the FACTS Grant & Aid portal.
3. Academic Assessment
Qualified applicants will proceed to a formal academic assessment. The admissions office will follow up to schedule this step. Students entering grades 10–12 must submit a transcript as part of the application.
4. Family Interview
Qualified families will participate in a family interview with their respective school division head. Interviews will take place during the spring semester.
5. Enrollment
Upon official acceptance, families will receive an online enrollment packet.
Completion of this packet finalizes the admissions process!

Discovery Call:
Learn more about our school by scheduling a brief, 15-minute Discovery Call. This initial conversation serves as an essential first step in learning more about what our school has to offer. It provides a direct line to an admissions representative who can offer detailed answers to any preliminary questions you might have.
Inquire/Schedule Tour:
We invite you to begin your journey by scheduling a custom tour for your family. Our admissions representatives will show you around our beautiful campus and answer specific questions as it relates to your student(s).

Preschool Preview (each month):
We invite you to experience where it all begins! Join us on the second Wednesday of each month to learn more about our Early Learning program. We accept students as young as 3 years old and enroll throughout the year as long as spots are available.
Join Us For a Shadow Day
Check back for the next Shadow Day date!
Students in Grades 1–11 are invited to spend a school day with us from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM to experience life on campus. Visiting students will be paired with a current student in their grade level to shadow throughout the day. This visit provides an opportunity to engage with some of our school community, participate in classroom activities, interact with faculty and staff, and explore our campus and classrooms.
A Work in Progress — On Purpose
You might notice we’re not rushing to finalize logos, colors, or mascot just yet. That’s intentional. Rather than surprise reveals or rushed announcements, we’re bringing you (our students, staff, and families) along for the journey.
